RETURNS POLICY

Warranties

Products are guaranteed for 1 (one) year,  from date of purchase.

Goods returned - faulty

Excess Technologies offers a 7-day exchange policy for faulty items.  Any item found faulty within 7 days of purchase, will be replaced with the same or similar product,  if returned in original condition and packaging,  with all accessories included complete and undamaged.  Items returned not meeting these requirements will be taken in for repair,  under normal warranty conditions.

Products becoming faulty after 7 days from purchase date will be repaired,  at no charge.

In the event that we are unable to repair a product under warranty,  the product will be replaced with the same or similar product.  The customer will be liable for the cost of any part or accessory missing from the product.

If warranty period has expired products will be repaired at the customers expense.

All returns must be accompanied by a detailed fault report.

Goods returned - not faulty

Goods supplied according to order may be returned for replacement or refund at the sole discretion of Excess Technologies management.  A 10% handling/repacking fee will be levied on all goods supplied according to order.  Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging,  with all accessories included,  complete and undamaged.  The customer will be liable for the cost of any part or accessory missing from the product.

Tracetec

Replacement of expired or faulty Tracetec units will treated according to Tracetec's warranty conditions as stipulated in the Tracetec Fitment centre Installation guide.

Liability

Liability will,  where applicable,  be limited to the value of the product originally supplied by Excess Technologies.

Excess Technologies will under no circumstances accept any liability caused by damage to the products or any customer's vehicle due to fitment centre neglilence,  incorrect fitment,  fitment not adhering to vehicle specifications,  or fitment on vehicles that are not compatible with or suitable for our products.
